To register and use phhoy, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be accessing phhoy from a location where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended phhoy account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering.

phhoy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are unable to verify your identity to phhoy's satisfaction, your account may be restricted or closed. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of balances and account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhoy account login credentials. Do not share your password, OTP, or account access with anyone else. phhoy will never ask for your password via email or chat.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact phhoy support immediately.

Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on phhoy.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

phhoy is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment processing systems outside our control. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the method selected.

You are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming any wager. phhoy does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned, in which case the applicable settlement rules for that event type will apply.

Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or sporting authority. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, phhoy's decision is final. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time and phhoy does not guarantee the availability of any specific odds at any time.

Slot, fish game, and live casino outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems and actual game results respectively. RTP (Return to Player) figures published for individual slot titles are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent a guaranteed return for any individual session.

phhoy reserves the right to void bets that are placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — may result in the forfeiture of bonus balances and termination of all associated accounts.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary unavailability.
